我是临床社工，对于抑郁，焦虑，复合性创伤，躯体化，愤怒管理，人际等相关问题有着丰富临床经验。拥有中西方生活和教育背景，专注探索当代东方社会、家庭和观念对我们的影响；也探索自我实现，人格独立，自恋、自尊，亲密关系，以期拥有选择人生旅程的可能。 I am a clinical social worker based in Durham, North Carolina. I am passionate about helping my clients understand their feelings and communicate their needs. I am specialized in helping people explore difficult mental spaces and reach a place of enriched self-understanding and self-strengthening. My postgraduate training in psychoanalytic-psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused therapy in conjunction with my studies in mentalization based therapy and dialectic behavioral therapy have equipped me to work with people presenting with various needs and adversities.  I am seasoned in working with clients representing diverse populations.  My multifaceted experience has been incredibly valuable and humbling as it informs how I serve others of various backgrounds that include, but are not limited to race, culture, gender, and sexuality.
